Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bikecraft, we want you to love your gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

  • You can return apparel and accessories within 28 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.


Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or in their original, unopened packaging:

  • Helmets

  • Underwear

  • Sale or clearance items


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Full refunds will be provided for eligible returns.

  • Exchanges are available upon request — simply let us know if you’d prefer a different size, colour, or product.


Faulty or Defective Products

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. If an item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
